During your maintenance visit, your technician will complete a full safety inspection for the following:
WHOLE HOME
- Locate and test all emergency water shut-off valves
- Check water pressure
- Check the hardness of the water
- Check fixtures and drains for leaks
- Check faucets for leaks
- Check exposed hot and cold water supply lines
- Inspect washing machine hoses
- Check operation of toilets including dye testing
- Locate and inspect cleanouts
WATER HEATER
- Inspect flue pipe
- Proper vent draft
- Water leaks
- Emergency shut-off valve
- Water temperature
- Pressure & safety relief valves
- Earthquake straps
- Pan
- Drain Valve
- Wiring
- Element & thermostat
A total value of $979 for $24.99 a month
Terms: Customer Loyalty Program is non-refundable. Memberships that are billed monthly and if cancelled prior to 13 months will be billed at the full membership price with a pro-rated credit for any payment made towards membership. All cancellations must be in writing. To receive extended warranty, customers agree to remain a Customer Loyalty Program Member and participate in the Annual Home Inspection. All billed members will automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service. Membership Plans are only available to customers within our service area.

As a service agreement member, you will save 10% on all repairs and replacements during your plan period, and discounted emergency service fees.
