Project Scope

As part of the expansion, our team is installing a new, upsized main water line to provide the increased water supply needed for the school’s enlarged kitchen and growing facility demands. The kitchen is being expanded to create additional serving space and improve operational efficiency for students and staff.

The project also includes the construction of new classrooms, a gymnasium/auditorium, and additional restroom facilities. Our plumbing scope includes:

• New main water line installation and system upgrades
• Plumbing for an expanded commercial kitchen
• New gymnasium and auditorium facilities
• Additional classroom plumbing infrastructure
• Two gang-style restrooms
• Three additional single-user restrooms
• Remodel of existing restroom facilities
• Installation of an outdoor freeze-less drinking fountain
• New gas piping for rooftop heating units (RTUs) to provide consistent heating throughout the building

Before construction began, our team performed camera inspections and utility locating services to identify and map existing plumbing infrastructure. This proactive approach allowed the project team to plan efficiently and ensure seamless integration between the existing building and the new addition.
